CEO speaks at Elementary School in Annapolis

Sam Caldwell, CEO, spoke at the Walter S. Mills-Parole Elementary School on April 24, 2007. Mr. Caldwell read to Ms. Kia Davis' kindergarten class to promote and emphasize the importance of reading. He stressed that reading serves as the foundation of knowledge and serves as the basis for everything.
