CTS encourages the pursuit of education in many forms. Our HR Department has been applauded for its innovative employee educational program. Whether seeking certifications or college degrees, CTS supports and applauds employees who pursue these interests. As such, CTS can boast that our CEO, Samuel Caldwell, has entered the Doctoral Management Program with an emphasis on Homeland Security at the University of Maryland, University College. He plans to continue his work as an educator, teaching at the University level, while pursing the publication of several books.

Shaynel Caldwell is entering the Master of Business Administration Program with emphasis in Human Resources at Strayer University.
