Management Plan that provides a comprehensive approach to reduce risks and
constraints associated with scheduling, cost, and the actual completion of
identified tasks. In order to mitigate those risks and constraints, our PMP
allows smooth implementation of alternatives. The CTS Way provides adequate
time to complete the identified task by reducing any scheduling conflicts for
the duration of the effort.

intelligence community. We consider our PMP to be a crucial piece of
documentation that has allowed us to convey the work to be performed on several
efforts. An effective PMP is necessary to produce solutions of the highest
quality. The PMP will reflect the staffing and resources of the CTS team. It
will show all timelines and inter-dependent factors that affect deliverables.
In addition to meeting weekly with our Government Project Manager to discuss
any related IT related issues, CTS also provides our customers with
comprehensive weekly and monthly status reports, which will be in concert with
the PMP.
